I first worked with Erick on a spot featuring Snoop Dog for Pepsi, and I saw the easy way he connected with people. I also saw a director who embodies a youthful insight into the visual arts. Erick started shooting home videos when he was 11 and hasn't put down the camera since. In high school, he produced and edited commercials for the school news program, along with producing highlight videos for his high school football team. He went on to earn a technical degree in film production from Valencia College in Orlando. He attended Long Beach State University, receiving his Bachelor's in Film and Electronic Arts and learned the business side of filmmaking, including stints in the publicity department at Miramax and the production and development departments of Dimensions Films.
Erick has created short films, documentaries, 30-second broadcast spots, commercials, music videos, online content, and other audio-visual projects that demand high-end motion graphics, directing, and editing. As a director, producer, and writer, Erick's mission is to infuse each project with fresh, innovative ideas. His videos have been seen on every major music channel, nominated for the MTV Subterranean, MTVMA Award and Peoples Choice award.
